คณะกรรมการ และผู้ช่วยคณะกรรมการ ได้รับแต่งตั้งจากเจ้าอาวาสวัดไทยเดนมาร์กพรหมวิหาร อาศัยความตามตรา 9 แห่งระเบียบพุทธสมาคม พุทธศักราช 2546/2003 ให้ดำรงตำแหน่งตั้งแต่บัดนี้เป็นต้นไป จนกว่าจะหมดวาระตามระเบียบของพุทธสมาคมสืบต่อไป.
ในงานสัปดาห์ส่งเสริมพระพุทธศาสนา เนื่องในเทศกาลวิสาขบูชา ประจำปี 2565 คณะกรรมการจัดงานสัปดาห์ส่งเสริมพระพุทธศาสนา ได้คัดเลือกผู้ทำคุณประโยชน์ต่อพระพุทธศาสนาสาขาการเผยแผ่พระพุทธศาสนาในต่างประเทศ และหนึ่งในนั้นคือ
นาย ศราวุฒิ พันธุ์วัฒน์
ได้รับพระราชทานรางวัลเสาเสมาธรรมจักร พร้อมด้วยประกาศเกียรติคุณจากสมเด็จพระเทพ รัตนราชสุดา ฯ สยามบรมราชกุมารี ซึ่งเสด็จ ฯ เป็นองค์ประธานเปิดงานสัปดาห์ส่งเสริมพระพุทธศาสนา เนื่องในเทศกาล วิสาขบูชา ณ มณฑลพิธีท้องสนามหลวงเป็นประจำทุกปี
และเช่นเดียวกันในปี 2553 คณะกรรมการจัดงานสัปดาห์ส่งเสริมพระพุทธศาสนา ได้คัดเลือกผู้ทำคุณประโยชน์ต่อพระพุทธศาสนาสาขาการเผยแผ่พระพุทธศาสนาในต่างประเทศ เพื่อเข้ารับรับพระราชทานรางวัลเสาเสมาธรรมจักร พร้อมด้วยประกาศเกียรติคุณจากสมเด็จพระเทพ รัตนราชสุดา ฯ สยามบรมราชกุมารี คือ

History of Buddhist Society
Thais are bonded with Buddhism, it does not matter where they are. So we will see wherever there are Thais, there will be ”Wat” (Buddhist Monastery). As well as WatThaiDenmarkBrahmavihara Buddhist Monastery, it operates with a great help from ” Buddhist Society ”.
It started from Sawasdee Thai Society which is the group of Denish and Thai people who had a good impression with Thailand. They are mainly came from Maersk Line, SAS and East Asiatic because these 3 organizations have offices in Thailand. Sawasdee Thai Society was the very first group that offered 8,000 Krone as a budget to start off with. A group of Thai began to arrange many activities for Buddhists by inviting monks from neighbor counties for religious functions. By doing so, the accumulated fund from donors reached to 200,000 krone. So the group of Thais under the name of ” Buddhist Society” or ” Buddhistisk Forening i Danmark” in Danish wished to have “Wat” in Denmark because in each activities the monks were invited from other countries instead of Denmark. With many reasons, they still could not make it happen. They decided to consult with Supreme Sangha Council of Thailand then His Holiness Somdet Phra Bhuddachariya ( at that time his title was PhraBrahmagunabhorn ) the abbot of WatSraket had sent Phrasoodthibongse Soodthiwungso from WatPhrakraisi Bangkok to be the leader of Dhammaduta monks to help people for establishing WatThai.
There are 7 persons in the commitee which are in different positions such as President, Vice president or Treasury. Each position was originally from the election and it was changed to appointing from the Leader of Dhammaduta,whom was assigned from Supreme Sangha Council of Thailand, with the agreement of all Dhammaduata from WatThaiDenmarkBrahmavihara. These people are such a wonderful devotee in Buddhism since they work so hard without any salary. Their excellent works were rewarded. Two of the commitee were nominated for receiving Golden Sema Dhammacakka award from HRH Princess Maha Chakri Sirindhorn. Their names are as followed;

The vision of Buddhist Society
1. To support and inplement the policy of Dhammaduta in WatThaiDenmarkBrahmavihara.
2. To assist and cooperate with other soceities which work in the same direction.
3. To share and update the information of Buddhist Society to every memeber and not to be unfair or biased with any political parties inside or outside Denmark.
